The tiny sour cherry is very common in wild in the hills of Le Marche. It produces a dark red juice with a fresh tart flavour. The jam is smooth, soft and ruby red with an intense cherry aroma and a pleasantly bitter aftertaste. Excellent on bread and scones, it also goes well with venison and soft cheese.
