Apple and mint jelly

Soft transparent jelly with fresh mint leaves. The slightly tart apple flavour is refreshed by the essence of mint. Excellent with goats cheese, herby cheese and smoked cheese and even warm matured cheese or as an accompaniment to shellfish or raw fish.
